Here are a few photos from our New Years party at the Annex. Our looks were inspired by SpectroMagic! Before starting the project we were worried about the batteries lasting, how we were going to hide the wires, and where to find a sequin body suit. Despite our hesitations, everything worked out perfectly! what a great way to start 09!
For the hair piece, we cut the tulle in to three 3 yard long pieces at different widths. then you just cinch the centers and layer the pieces.
We had to layer tube tops since we couldn't find an actual sequin body suit. Then, we tacked mini Christmas lights through the fabric.
We kept the lights on the twinkle setting.
