We started by making a pattern for a simple Aline dress, and then cut out where we wanted the color blocking to be. We cut the pattern the in our desired colors and left the front seam open for the zipper. This is a fun pattern because you can cut the color blocks any way your want. I initially wanted the blocking to be in the shape of a woman's profile, but time didn't allow for it. After all, I do wake up on party days with the pressure of " Three looks by midnight"! We finished the look with highlighter tights and
YSL wedges.
