A Little About Us

Welcome to our new blog! Our main intention is to show the entire process that goes into making each of our Six Six Sick outfits every week, from inspiration to fabrication. Along the way, we hope to provide you with our latest style obsessions, day-to-day outfit inspirations, and general fashion musings. And while this serves as a forum for us to discuss our favorite designers, runway trends, and luxury apparel, we also hope that it serves as an inspiration to other fashion obsessed people like us, showing that with some creativity and handiwork, high fashion is still available at a very accessible price point.

Six Six Sick is a weekly party that takes place every Tuesday night Downstairs at Happy Ending in New York. It is the winner of the Paper Magazine 2007 Best New Party Award, and listed as one of the best parties in New York in the Village Voice's Best of New York Nightlife. The party started in March 2007 with Micprobes and Japanster as the resident DJs, and hosts Jon Pierce of Elkland and the Six Six Sick Girls: Christina, Tiffany and Feng Feng. They have since had many of their close friends guest DJ, including The Misshapes, Agyness Deyn, Jackson Polis, among others. Party guests have included fashion, music and nightlife luminaries ranging from Chloe Sevigny, Taylor Hanson, Patrick Wolf, Zaldy, Daniel Vosovic, Richie Rich and Sophia Lamar.

The Six Six Sick Girls have each worked individually in the Fashion Industry, and with this combined experience and knowledge, have collaborated to make a new matching outfit every Tuesday for Six Six Sick, inspired by their runway favorites as well as their own creative predilections.

Christina is the designer of the jewelry line Arms and Armory, which is sold across America and Japan, at stores ranging from Seven New York to Urban Outfitters.

Nicollette is the head buyer of downtown's preeminent vintage clothing store, the legendary Screaming Mimi's in Manhattan, as well as Screaming Mimi's Montauk.

Tiffany is a jewelry designer who has sold her own line of work around the country at stores that include Castor & Pollux and Neiman Marcus, and has also designed jewelry for the J. Crew and Banana Republic labels.

All three of the current Six Six Sick girls met as interns at Anna Sui. In addition to Six Six Sick, the girls also host Room 3 at Marquee every Wednesday night, and Robot Rock at Le Royale every other Friday night.
